حذف حسابك على جيرانDelete your Jiran account
احذف حسابك من التطبيقDelete it yourself, in the app
- افتح جيران واختار الحساب ثم الأمان.Open Jiran and go to Account, then Security.
- اضغط احذف حسابي.Tap Delete my account.
- اكتب كلمة المرور عشان تأكّد إنك صاحب الحساب.Enter your password to confirm it is you.
مفيش رجوع في الحذف. تقدر تسجّل تاني بنفس الإيميل بعدين. Deleting cannot be undone. You can register again later with the same email.
اللي بيتمسحWhat is erased
- ملفك الشخصي وسكنك وعضويتك في المجتمع.Your profile, your residence and your community membership.
- بلاغاتك وتقييماتك وإشعاراتك.Your reports, reviews and notifications.
- الصور والملفات اللي رفعتها.The photos and files you uploaded.
- بتتسجّل خروج من كل أجهزتك، والإشعارات بتقف.You are signed out on every device and push notifications stop.
اللي بيفضلWhat stays
- الطلبات اللي اتعملت قبل كده بتفضل عند المحل كسجل مجهول لمبيعاته، مع الاسم اللي ظهر على الطلب.Orders already placed stay with the business as anonymous records of its sales, with your name as it appeared on the order.
- توصيات «صنايعية الحي» اللي ضفتها بتفضل من غير اسمك.Recommendations you added to Local pros stay, without your name.
لو الحذف مش بيتمIf the deletion does not go through
لو عندك طلب لسه مخلصش، لازم يخلص أو يتلغي الأول. وبعدها تقدر تحذف حسابك. If you still have an unfinished order, it has to be completed or cancelled first. Then you can delete your account.

ابعتلنا على privacy@jiran.io من الإيميل المسجّل عندنا. هنتأكد إنه إنت، وبعدها نحذف حسابك وبياناتك. كمان تقدر تطلب من نفس العنوان تشوف بياناتك أو تصحّحها. Write to privacy@jiran.io from the email address your account uses. We confirm it is you, then delete your account and data. You can use the same address to ask to see or correct your data.
