يساعد تطبيق جيران سكان الكمبوند أو الحي على التواصل مع مجتمعهم ومع المحلات القريبة. توضح هذه السياسة ما الذي نجمعه ولماذا، ومن يستطيع رؤيته، ومدة الاحتفاظ به. باستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق عليها.Jiran helps residents of a compound or neighbourhood stay in touch with their community and its local businesses. This policy explains what we collect, why, who can see it and how long we keep it. By using the app you agree to it.

ما الذي نجمعهWhat we collect

فقط ما تحتاجه المزايا التي تستخدمها:Only what the features you use need:

• حسابك: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور (تُحفظ بصيغة مشفرة لا يمكن عكسها)، واختياريًا رقم هاتف وصورة شخصية ونبذة قصيرة.Your account: name, e-mail address and a password (stored only in a scrambled, one-way form), and optionally a phone number, a profile photo and a short bio.
• سكنك: المجتمع والعمارة والوحدة التي تسكن فيها، وما ترسله لإثبات ذلك (اسمك ورقم هاتفك وملاحظة وصورة مستند إن اخترت ذلك).Your home: the community, building and unit you live in, and what you send to prove it (your name, phone number, a note and, if you choose, a photo of a document).
• ما تبلّغ عنه أو تنشره: بلاغات المشاكل وصورها، وتقييمات وترشيحات الصنايعية، والإعلانات التي تنشرها إذا كنت مشرف مجتمع.What you report or post: incident reports and their photos, reviews and recommendations of local pros, and the announcements you publish if you are a community administrator.
• طلباتك: المنتجات وعمارة ووحدة التوصيل ورقم التواصل والملاحظات، واسمك كما يظهر على الطلب.Your orders: items, delivery building and unit, contact phone and notes, and your name as it appears on the order.
• رسائلك مع المحلات: ما تكتبه والصور التي ترسلها في محادثة مع محل (مثل صورة روشتة)، والطلبات المقترحة التي يرسلها لك المحل.Your messages with shops: what you write and the photos you send in a conversation with a shop (a photo of a prescription, for example), and the order proposals the shop sends you.
• هاتفك: رمز الإشعارات ولغتك واختياراتك للإشعارات. لا يقرأ التطبيق موقع جهازك.Your phone: a push-notification token, your language and your notification choices. The app does not read your device location.
• معلومات الأمان: عنوان الـIP والجهاز عند تسجيل الدخول، نحتفظ بها لحماية حسابك.Security information: your IP address and device when you sign in, kept to protect your account.

كيف نستخدمهاHow we use it

لتشغيل الخدمة: تسجيل دخولك وعرض مجتمعك وإيصال الإعلانات وتنبيهات المشاكل وتحديثات الطلبات، وتمكين المحلات من تنفيذ طلباتك وتمكين المشرفين من التحقق من السكان وإدارة المجتمع. نستخدمها أيضًا لحماية الحسابات ومنع إساءة الاستخدام. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نعرض إعلانات.To run the service: sign you in, show you your community, deliver announcements, incident alerts and order updates, let businesses fulfil your orders and let administrators verify residents and keep the community running. We also use it to protect accounts and prevent abuse. We do not sell your data and we do not show advertising.

من يستطيع رؤيتهاWho can see it

• جيرانك في المجتمع يرون اسم العرض والصورة والنبذة. لا يرون بريدك أو هاتفك أو وحدتك.Neighbours in your community see your display name, photo and bio. They do not see your e-mail, phone number or unit.
• مشرفو المجتمع يرون عضويتك وعمارتك ووحدتك وبيانات التحقق، ومن أرسل بلاغ المشكلة.Community administrators see your membership, building and unit, verification details, and who sent an incident report.
• المحل يرى المحادثات التي تبدأها معه بما فيها الصور التي ترسلها. لا يقرؤها إلا أنت ومن يديرون المحل، ولا يراها مشرفو المجتمع ولا السكان الآخرون.A shop sees the conversations you start with it, including photos you send. Only you and the people who run that shop can read them; community administrators and other residents cannot.
• المحل يرى الطلبات المرسلة إليه: اسمك ورقم التواصل وعمارة ووحدة التوصيل والمنتجات والملاحظات.A business sees the orders placed with it: your name, contact phone, delivery building and unit, items and notes.
• فريق جيران يطّلع على معلومات الحساب عند الحاجة لتشغيل الخدمة أو تأمينها.Jiran staff can see account information when they need it to run or secure the service.
• لا نشارك المعلومات مع الجهات الرسمية إلا إذا طلب القانون ذلك.We share information with the authorities only when the law requires it.

الصنايعية والأماكن والتقييماتLocal pros, places and reviews

عندما ترشّح صنايعيًا فإنك تضيف اسمه ورقم هاتفه وتقييمك. تظهر هذه البيانات لأعضاء مجتمعك، ويمكنهم الإبلاغ عن أي إدراج. أضف فقط أرقام أشخاص تعاملت معهم ويتوقعون أن يُرشَّحوا. يستطيع مشرفو المجتمع حذف أي إدراج أو تقييم، ويمكن لأي شخص مُدرج أن يطلب منا حذفه (راجع التواصل).When you recommend a tradesperson you add their name, phone number and your review. They are shown to the members of your community, who can also report a listing. Only add numbers of people you have dealt with and who would expect to be recommended; community administrators can remove a listing or a review, and anyone listed can ask us to remove it (see Contact).

الصور والملفاتPhotos and files

تُخزَّن الصور التي ترفعها بأمان ولا تُعرض إلا لمن يحتاجها: مستندات السكن للمشرفين، وصور المشاكل للمشرفين والسكان المعنيين، وصور محادثات المحلات لك وللمحل فقط، والصور الشخصية وصور الإعلانات للأعضاء المسجلين.Photos you upload are stored securely and are only shown to the people who need them: residency documents to administrators, incident photos to administrators and the residents involved, photos in a shop conversation to you and that shop, profile and announcement photos to signed-in members.

مدة الاحتفاظHow long we keep it

• مستندات السكن: تُحذف بعد ٢٤ ساعة من قبول الطلب أو رفضه.Residency documents: deleted 24 hours after an administrator approves or rejects the request.
• صور المشاكل: تُحذف بعد ٣٠ يومًا من حل المشكلة.Incident photos: deleted 30 days after the incident is resolved.
• الرسائل والصور في المحادثات مع المحلات: تُحذف كل رسالة وصورة بعد ٩٠ يومًا من إرسالها، حتى لو استمرت المحادثة.Messages and photos in conversations with shops: each one is deleted 90 days after it was sent, even if the conversation continues.
• إيصالات دفع المحلات: ٥ سنوات عند القبول، و٩٠ يومًا عند الرفض.Payment receipts of businesses: 5 years when approved, 90 days when rejected.
• سجلات أمان تسجيل الدخول: ٩٠ يومًا.Sign-in security records: 90 days.
• الإشعارات: حتى سنة.Notifications: up to one year.
• باقي البيانات: حتى تحذف حسابك.Everything else: until you delete your account.

مزودو الخدمةService providers

نستعين بمزودين لتشغيل جيران: Google Firebase Cloud Messaging لإرسال الإشعارات، وخدمة لإرسال البريد الإلكتروني مثل رسائل تفعيل الحساب، وخدمة تخزين سحابي للصور. يعالجون البيانات نيابة عنا فقط. عند الضغط على «اتجاهات» لمكان ما يفتح هاتفك تطبيق الخرائط بموقع المكان، ولا نرسل موقعك له.We use providers to run Jiran: Google Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver push notifications, an e-mail delivery service for messages such as account activation, and a cloud storage service for photos. They process data only on our behalf. When you tap Directions on a place, your phone opens your maps app with the place's location; we do not send your location to it.

اختياراتكYour choices

• عدّل ملفك ولغتك واختياراتك للإشعارات من التطبيق في أي وقت.Edit your profile, language and notification choices in the app at any time.
• احذف رسالة أرسلتها للجميع، أو احذف محادثة كاملة من قائمتك. حذف المحادثة يزيل صورك فورًا، ويحتفظ المحل بنسخته من النص حتى يُحذف تلقائيًا بعد ٩٠ يومًا من إرسال كل رسالة.Delete a message you sent, for everyone, or delete a whole conversation from your list. Deleting a conversation removes your photos at once; the shop keeps its copy of the text until it is deleted automatically 90 days after each message was sent.
• احذف حسابك من التطبيق (حسابي ثم الأمان). تُمحى بياناتك الشخصية وعضويتك وبلاغاتك وتقييماتك وإشعاراتك والملفات التي رفعتها. تبقى الطلبات السابقة لدى المحل كسجل مجهول لمبيعاته مع اسمك كما ظهر على الطلب. أما الترشيحات التي أضفتها في صنايعية الحي فتبقى بدون اسمك.Delete your account from the app (Account, then Security). Your profile, membership, reports, reviews, notifications and uploaded files are erased. Orders already placed stay with the business as anonymous records of its sales, with your name as it appeared on the order. Recommendations you added to Local pros stay without your name.
• يمكنك أن تطلب منا الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، أو حذف إدراج عنك (راجع التواصل).Ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or to remove a listing about you (see Contact).

الأمانSecurity

نحمي بياناتك بالتشفير أثناء النقل وبصلاحيات وصول محدودة وبحدود على محاولات تسجيل الدخول. لا توجد خدمة آمنة تمامًا، لذا استخدم كلمة مرور قوية واحتفظ بها لنفسك.We protect your data with encryption in transit, restricted access and rate limits on sign-in. No service is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.

التعديلاتChanges

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة مع نمو جيران. يوضح التاريخ أعلاه آخر نسخة، واستمرارك في استخدام التطبيق يعني موافقتك عليها.We may update this policy as Jiran grows. The date above shows the latest version, and your continued use of the app means you accept it.
